B2Email Plus

B2Email Plus allows Baan/Infor ERP Ln users to convert reports into XLS, XLSX, RTF, PDF, HTML, TXT and XML formats, without need for Microsoft Office or Adobe programs. It enables users to interactively send Baan output by Email or fax to pre-defined customers, suppliers, employees or any other E-mail address or group - All defined in Baan/Infor ERP Ln. An easy to use interface, designed in graphical 3GL, is used.

Messages can be sent to Outlook/Lotus Notes or any other Email system, and can be printed and/or archived.

The message subject is the report name.

The message is automatically signed by the user data.

The system keeps logs of all email messages sent via B2Email.

RTF reports sent from Baan are adjusted to fit MS-Word.
