To show our commitment to you, we annually issue 2-3 new versions of every NAZDAQ product and offer them for free for customers with a standard maintenance agreement. Users love the new functionality provided by our products. You may even be forced to upgrade to eliminate a bug in an earlier version or because security in you organization is getting tightened.
The following are the support packages we offer to our customers:
Standard Service Agreement
Receive downloads for all new versions released in the period of the maintenance contract.
- If you are upgrading from Baan IV to BaanERP or Infor ERP LN, receive a replacement copy of the same product you have licensed.
- Ask questions related to problems or new versions via email/phone.
Premium Service Agreement
Receive downloads for all new versions released in the period of the maintenance contract
- If you are upgrading from Baan IV to BaanERP or Infor ERP LN, receive a replacement copy of the same product you have licensed.
- Ask questions related to problems or new versions via email/phone.
- The NAZDAQ team will provide file conversions, logo and cover-page tuning and possibly Webex installation for every new version released in the period of the maintenance contract.
- Get your own feedback into the features to be added in the next version of the product.
