Upon receiving your Purchase Order, we will start the process of licensing the product. It is not a CD or DVD, it is the same demo version you have but we send the Product Security Key to activate it as Production.

No, the settings files (*.cfg, *.jpg, *.dat, *.ini, *.msg, *.log, *.csv and *.tab") are located in $BSE/"product name"/Settings and can be backed up then copied to the new directory after the upgrade. The "product names" are: B2WinX, B2EmailX, BHLX, BCCX, BQTX, and BNTX (X is the product version number).
.inp is demo key. *.ckl is provided to customer when the product is purchased.
If you have an up-to-date maintenance agreement, you will receive all upgrades and bug fixes for free.
Our software is not free open source software. It is an add-on that was developed by NAZDAQ - which is fully integrated with Baan / Infor ERP Ln. It is installed on the Baan / Infor ERP Ln server.
