Workspaces
A workspace is an isolated environment in B2Win Suite for organizing workflows, permissions, and related configuration. Workspaces let you cleanly separate processes by company, ERP environment, department, or business scenario — without different teams interfering with each other.
Email Groups
Email groups are reusable recipient lists used for email distribution across workflows and reports. Instead of hardcoding email addresses in individual configurations, you define groups once in Configuration and reference them by name — making it easy to update distribution lists without changing individual settings.
Logos & Footers
Logos and footers define the brand images used across workflows, templates, and documents that support header and footer branding. You can create as many logo/footer entries as needed — typically one per company — and assign the correct one per company so documents automatically use the right branding.
Backgrounds
Backgrounds define the artwork applied behind the pages of generated documents. They are used for stationery, pre-printed letterheads, or decorative elements that appear on the first page, middle pages, and last page of a document — allowing different visual treatment for each section.
DB Connections
DB Connections store the credentials and configuration needed for B2Win Suite to connect to external databases. Once a connection is configured and its schemas are synchronized, it becomes available for use in:
Printing
The Printing section provides visibility into the server's connected printers and the print jobs that have been sent through B2Win Suite. Use it to monitor printing activity, investigate failed jobs, and verify which printers are available to the system.
