What were the needs that drove you to look beyond what Baan / Infor LN has to offer?
We needed a tool to print documents with a design and logos that reflect our company's identity, exports reports to structured Excel sheets from Infor LN, automatically sends reports by email and archives files to various file systems directly from the aforementioned ERP system.
Did B2Win Suite fulfill these needs? If so, how?
Yes, B2Win Suite fulfilled our needs regarding price and performance. It gave us the ability to generate custom-designed business documents and structured Excel tables and distribute them via ETI's desired distribution channels. All of this is achieved with an intuitive, easy to use interface.

Yes, we checked other solutions, but we decided to go with B2Win Suite with the upgraded version of Infor LN that we had already implemented.
What drove you to choose B2Win Suite over the other products you checked?
We have been using NAZDAQ's products with our previous version of Infor LN for many years.
When we upgraded to the newer version Infor LN 10.5, we tested B2Win Suite and were impressed with its new features, capabilities and simplicity. Also, the price was competitive.
Did B2Win Suite help your company optimize the business process of your business documents?
Yes! Besides using B2Win Suite as the only way for generating business documents for external and internal distribution, we are also using it intensively for exporting reports to Excel for various business analyses.
How does B2Win Suite fit your IT strategy?
Our IT strategy is to use affordable software that meets our needs, integrates well and complements our existing ERP system, and does what it is supposed to do. B2Win Suite fits this strategy. Since our intention is to use Infor LN over the next years, B2Win Suite will definitely be used in the future with newer versions of Infor LN as well.

We think that B2Win Suite's value to cost ratio is very good.
