B2Win Suite is now fully workflow-driven, bringing all capabilities into a unified workflow-based model. It includes a Workflow Manager for building and managing workflows, a Workflow Library for the end user for running workflows, and a History page for tracking and reviewing runs activity for each user.
Native Infor LN Document Generation and Distribution
B2Win Suite generates PDF documents from Infor LN reports while preserving the original layout and formatting, and can automatically split report ranges into individual documents per business partner for distribution through configured delivery channels, enabling efficient, large-scale document distribution directly from Infor LN.
Infor LN Report Data Extraction and Transformation
B2Win Suite extracts data from Infor LN reports and transforms it into a structured format for further processing. The data can be automatically converted into Excel files for analysis and reporting.
Users can combine report output with external data sources, add calculated fields and apply data transformations. The resulting Excel files can then be automatically distributed based on configured delivery rules.
Interactive Workflow Dynamic Forms
Workflows can now pause during execution and present dynamic interactive forms to users. These forms can be built based on workflow context, enabling data entry, validation, and decision-making within automated processes.
Introducing the Workflow Library
The previous Reports page has been redesigned as the Workflow Library to support broader workflow scenarios beyond traditional reporting.
It provides a unified view of all published workflows, with Favorites for quick access and a Recent Activity section to review and manage recent runs, including retry and re-execution options.

Online documentation has been added to improve discoverability and in-product guidance.
