PO Approval capabilities are now integrated into B2Win Suite.

Depending on your purchase order approval policy, the Purchase Order Approval Extension will notify the next assigned approver. An email notification is sent to that person with details about the purchase order.

The manager can then log in to the Purchase Order Approval session, where they can review all purchase orders pending their approval and choose to approve or reject them.

Once a purchase order is approved or rejected, an email notification is sent to inform the buyer or the next approver about the status.

The Purchase Order Approval Extension is especially useful for organizations that use a multi-level purchase order approval process.
