Baan Mail - Merge   Download   F.A.Q.   Presentation   Catalog   Release notes Baan Mail-Merge is an enterprise-wide multi-user e-commerce system, tightly integrated with Baan, allowing users to automatically Email, Fax, Print and Archive documents like Purchase Orders or Invoices directly from within the Baan system. Baan Mail-Merge works in a One-By-One mode where the user is prompted for every order before it is sent. Alternatively, it works in a full-automatic mode where all orders are emailed, faxed, printed and archived based on some pre-defined logic. Baan Mail-Merge can handle any Baan document and does not require customizations in Baan. It allows a pre-defined template and logo to produce professional looking documents (see Sample). Baan Mail-Merge is very easy to configure and produces dramatic savings by allowing companies to email or fax documents directly from their Baan System.
