A session that was given by one of our customers, in the UK and Ireland Baan and ERP Ln User Group meeting, was met with a great deal of interest. The title of the session was “NAZDAQ Tools For Baan” and featured B2Win, Baan Mail-Merge and Baan Query Tool.
The session was prepared and presented by Chris Truin, from Esterline, on Wednesday, Sep 23, 2009 at the Infor offices at Blythe Valley Park in Solihull, UK.
On one of the feedback pages, Chris was praised for being “brave to perform 3 live demos”. The audience liked the way the questions were handled – as they were answered by a user and not by a salesman.
