Mobilizing ERP and Corporate Documents: How to automatically e-mail all your purchase orders and attach a photo of each item?
Our business environment is full of documents and files. From one side, corporate documents like drawings, photos, instructions, sheets and web pages. From the other side, we have ERP documents like purchase orders, sales order acknowledgments, reminders and invoices.
The webinar will include a presentation of a proven solution offered by NAZDAQ that helps companies mobilize corporate and ERP documents, internally and externally, in a way that is efficient, reliable and fast.
The solution includes two parts: Baan Mail-Merge and Baan Hot Link. Baan Mail-Merge parses Baan and ERP Ln output into individual documents, recognizes the supplier, customer or business partner, and then converts each document into a professional looking file with a personalized cover letter.
Baan Hot Link allows easy access and management of corporate documents from within Baan and ERP Ln sessions. As these documents may need to be mobilized alongside related ERP documents, we will watch how these documents managed by Baan Hot Link or Baan ODM can automatically be attached to related ERP documents, and then delivered by e-mail or any other means of communication using Baan Mail-Merge.
