NAZDAQ is pleased to announce the general availability of B2Win Suite 6.1, a continuation of the milestone 6.0 release that introduced CloudSuite Data Sync, FlowMapper, and a redesigned FlowCode Editor. While 6.0 focused on opening up Infor CloudSuite data and re-imagining the workflow engine, 6.1 turns its attention to the everyday user experience – making the B2Win Suite platform faster, more personal, and more deeply integrated with the systems modern enterprises already rely on.
The release begins with a fully rewritten login page and a redesigned home page that now serves as the new dashboard for every B2Win Suite user. A unified page layout has been applied across the entire product, bringing visual consistency to B2Output, B2Data, and the administrative areas. Significant work has gone into rendering performance and page load times, so administrators managing large estates of Infor LN, Infor M3, and Infor CloudSuite reports will notice an immediately smoother experience.
A new Workflow History page gives users a single place to review every workflow run, inspect statuses, and resume executions where it makes sense. Combined with the thread-pooled parallel execution and improved storage efficiency in the B2Data Core, this version is the most operationally observable release of the suite to date. Workflow authors will also appreciate the new sticky notes inside the workflow builder, which make complex flows – like those used in LN Data Integration or CloudSuite Data Sync scenarios – far easier to document and hand over.
One of the headline capabilities of 6.1 is Personalized Service Configuration. Administrators can now define shared services – for example, an SMTP server – and mark specific fields as overridable. End users can then personalize credentials and settings within their own context, so a single workflow can be executed using each user’s own identity. This reduces duplication, improves security, and is particularly powerful for organizations rolling out Document Output Management for Infor LN across many business units.
Email has been reimagined with a new Send Email node that brings an Outlook-like experience directly into B2Win Suite. Users can compose, review, and edit messages with a familiar interface, attach multiple files, set priority and flags, and use dynamic attachment properties that automatically include the right files based on the path the workflow took. Authentication has been modernized as well: secure OAuth flows are now supported for both Google and Microsoft, eliminating stored passwords and aligning B2Win Suite with the latest enterprise security standards.
Document automation takes a major step forward with native integrations to Infor Document Management (IDM) and Microsoft SharePoint. New File Listener, Read File, and Copy File nodes are available for both systems, so workflows can monitor incoming documents and react automatically – a natural complement to NAZDAQ’s LN Report to Excel and reporting pipelines. Advanced XPath-based querying makes it straightforward to retrieve exactly the documents required, while writes back to IDM include the appropriate metadata so downstream Infor processes behave as expected.
Integration with external services has also been expanded. B2Win Suite now supports executing API operations defined by the OpenAPI Specification: simply upload an OpenAPI or Swagger schema, select an endpoint, and invoke it from a workflow with either static values or dynamic workflow properties. New Invoke and Invoke with Input nodes make this fully no-code, opening B2Win Suite to virtually any modern SaaS or internal service – and reinforcing its role as the orchestration layer described in our Infor Integration story.
PDF handling receives a substantial upgrade as well. A new Enhance PDF node can add logos, backgrounds, and security or change the PDF type, while the Sign PDF node applies a user’s profile signature to any input file. An Archive Compressor node has been added to zip output files in a single workflow step – useful for distribution scenarios driven by the Smart Engine Distribute application.
Full details, including the complete list of new and improved nodes, are available in the B2Win Suite 6.1 release notes. Customers can also browse the wider release history or request a demo to see the new experience in action.
